Selection Process
NPCIL Plant Operator के चयन के लिए कोई Interview नहीं होता। Selection Process तीन Stages में है:

Stage-1: Preliminary Test (Screening)

Marking Scheme: सही उत्तर पर 3 Marks और गलत उत्तर पर 1 Mark negative marking है।
Qualifying Marks: General/OBC के लिए 40% और SC/ST/PwBD के लिए 30% अंक आवश्यक हैं।
Stage-2: Advanced Test (Merit Determining)
यह Stage सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि Final Merit List केवल Stage-2 के Marks से बनती है। इस परीक्षा की अवधि 120 Minutes है और इसमें 12वीं (HSC/ISC) स्तर के Physics, Chemistry और Mathematics के प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

Stage-3: Document Verification
NPCIL Plant Operator Post के लिए Stage-3 में सिर्फ Document Verification (DV) होता है। यहाँ कोई Skill Test या Trade Test नहीं होता।

Basic Pay: ₹21,700
DA (60%): ₹13,020 (approx)
HRA: (Site के अनुसार अलग होगा)

Preparation Tips
- Physics: Current Electricity, Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics और Modern Physics पर सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान दें।
- Maths: Percentage, Ratio, Average, Time-Distance, Algebra और Calculus के numericals की practice करें।
- Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Bonding, Periodic Table और Organic Chemistry के Basics मजबूत करें।
